isimangaliso Birding Co-operative (NBC) will need to open an office from which to work. Currently (March 2005) NBC is sharing Offices and associated
equipment with MTUBA4U which is a founding member of NBC
As things progress and NBC starts earning their own income from their project they will be expected to open their own office, and employ their own staff which will eventually include:

| Marketing and advertising team |
| tourism development and training teams |
| research and development team |
| building construction and maintenance team |

NBC has the potential to become a very large organisation catering for all the birding needs within the whole of the Elephant Coast and The Greater St. Lucia Wetlands
Park, and as such will require their own infrastructure, including but not limited to the following:
| Computer network with associated database and
internet based connectivity.

| offices to house the various sections, including adequate parking. |
| Lecture hall and conference facilities with associated equipment. |
